Yes, Texas IS it's ! own country.....but, what a country it was!!

Texas is a huge state and it took, what seemed like forever, to get to anywhere! Our first stop was Jack In The Box!! Ford has been craving it every since he left Texas....and it was Jack every chance we got after that!!!
The next stop was supposed to be his sister's, but as luck would have it we got there early and they were all at work still. So We did the natural thing and stopped for a break and a cool one. We stopped at a place called "One More Tavern". Needless to say we enjoyed it so much that we returned for another night when we could do it up right. (see the pics for that night.) WARNING:..NOT... for the faint of heart or those under 21)
Anyway we finally made it to Stacey and Donald's place, they still weren't home but the kids were (Ebonee and Kandace....Thanks for the room girls!!) Everyone was so great and and made us feel so welcome, and I would like to thank ALL of Ford's family for making me feel SO welcome and part of the family. We stayed with them for almost a week. We got to see the girls play some mean soccer games....caught up with long-time-no-see family......Ford fell in love with their surround sound, HUGE screen TV and watching movies with said!! So after we got settled, that has been his goal!!! See Donald, what you inspired??!! I say "Donald" 'cause it's such a guy thing!! ha ha ha That's OK 'cause after we left Donald got a bike!!!!! ha ha ha A TRUE thanks for ALL your hospitality guys!! (Check out our stay there)
After we left we found another campground that we fell in love with and stayed longer than we planned.....Possum Lake near Hell's Gate. (Check it out)
