The entire trip through OK was spent, most of the time, with this song going through Annette's head!! ha ha
This was a trip 33 years in the making. I (Annette) haven't seen my favorite Aunt Patsy or Fav Cousin Kathy since I was 7. We all found each other the year before we left Memphis. I was really nervous as we got closer to OK, but after we got there, they made us feel so welcome that we relaxed right away and had a great time while we were there. I got to learn alot about things and got questions answered that I've had for years. Thanks Aunt Patsy, Kathy and Marvin. You don't know how much you helped my heart.
It was great having heart to hearts with ya'll. And can Wilma BE any more SMART and BEAUTIFUL?!!!!
We stayed for a few days and had a great time. It was a little touch and go scary, to try to sleep through one of those famous OK thunderstorms. We were in Tonkawa on an old Japanese internment camp, which wasn't helping matters. We thought we were for goners for sure!!! Aunty Em, Aunty Em!!!! Ha Ha Ha
